I bought a Lemon of a jeep from a local dealer that skipped town without doing necessary repairs to my vehicle as promised. Ramy is beyond honest and runs a shop that is clean and efficient. I have spent close to 10 grand to get my vehicle in running and safe state to drive. Ramy is trust worthy and considerate, he even lent me his personal vehicle for the day so I was able to go about my day of errands and appointments. He does not gouge you with repairs or recommendations that are not needed. RPM auto repair is a rare find in these times.

Remy was unbelievable! Diagnosed engine problem and fixed in an emergency situation. Traveling thru town on a Saturday with an elderly parent and he problem solved and went well beyond to accommodate us! Beyond grateful for his expertise and kindness. He explained everything and showed me the parts necessary and what he replaced. Incredibly trustworthy.

I bought my Grand Cherokee Summit from Ramy by the phone without even check on it. I trusted this guy fromt the begining and he fullfilled my expectations ! As a female college student I find that I get taken advantage of when it comes to car shops, whether it’s being overcharged or them trying to force extra service onto me. But I had the most wonderful experience here at RPM! I went for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my cables for my battery because I was having issues with my car starting and they fixed them free of charge! Compared to all of the other quotas I received from other auto shops, here was by far the cheapest. They were very quick, reliable and were extremely friendly! I will definitely be coming back here!

Ramy was kind enough to answer the phone on Thanksgiving, even though he wasn't at the shop he was still taking calls, I told him that I needed to get my car into the shop as soon as possible because I couldn't keep driving it and cause bigger issues, and I needed it to go to work, he offered the next day Friday morning, he was very easy to work with, the price was fair, and the work was done quickly, he said within an hour and it was done at that, he didn't mind me sitting and waiting for my car either which was awesome for me because I didn't have a ride. He's willing to work with you, and to help you out and I think that's honorable, and I am grateful to have found him, and the young gentleman behind the counter, I believe who is also a mechanic there, he was really nice, both very genuine people. It was a great experience. Definitely coming back here, I trust I'll have honest work done every time, and after leaving I feel excited that they did a good job, my car is running so smooth, I'm so happy ☺️

If you’re looking for a “straight-forward” mechanic, check this shop out. I needed a fuel pump replacement and that is what I received. Hourly rates are transparent, and job hours seemed less than other local mechanics and their work is quality. I will continue to have them service my vehicles. 👍 …

Ramy was great! Took my car in because it was having trouble starting and he knew what it was right away. He also let me know other things that needed to be done and provided me with a free alignment. He kept the old parts to show us what they looked like before which was much appreciated.

Ramy is a great guy! I bought a truck from him and it was a great experience and I have to admit I’m skeptical of buying from a Used Car Dealer because I’ve had bad experiences with others. The truck I got was in great shape and it was exactly as he said it would be. He also put new tires and brakes on it and change the oil. The truck was ready to go and very clean he’s very professional and he also has a repair shop. I talked to his employee Pat he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a Used Car Dealer. I would highly recommend him

I showed up around closing time because I got off work late. I appreciated the fact that the owner and his office staff took the time to listen to my issues and schedule me a time to get it fixed. When I arrived for the service, I was treated quickly, professionally, and courteously by the entire crew. They took the time to explain exactly what was needed, and handled my repair swiftly. I will definitely trust Remy with any future repair issues.

Brought my Challenger to have a cat back exhaust installed. Called Ramy Tuesday morning and brought the car by that evening near closing time. Ramy had the car in and out in a little over an hour. Even though he was there at his shop about 45 minutes past closing time, Ramy's professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail were awesome. I won't take my vehicles to any other shop in the area.
